These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Customer", or "you") and jos89 (the "Company", "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). 1. Definitions

• Account: The personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jos89 platform, which allows access to gaming services, deposit and withdrawal functions, and account management features.
• Balance: The total amount of funds available in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses, minus any withdrawals, wagers, or deductions.
• Bonus: Promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by jos89 to Players, which are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in the promotional terms.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a Player's payment method (bank account, e-wallet, or other approved channel) into their jos89 Account for the purpose of wagering on games.
• Game: Any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered on the jos89 platform, provided by third-party game providers or jos89 directly.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process required by jos89 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency, typically involving submission of government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address.
• Platform: The jos89 website at https://jos89.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, applications, and services through which gaming products are delivered to Players.
• Wager: A bet or stake placed by a Player on a Game, which deducts from the Player's Balance and may result in a win, loss, or push depending on the Game outcome.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a Player's jos89 Account Balance to their nominated bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jos89, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. You further acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which outline tools and resources for maintaining healthy gaming habits.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated through one or more of the following actions: (a) clicking the "I Agree" or similar checkbox during the registration process; (b) creating an account on the Platform; (c) making a deposit; or (d) placing a wager on any Game. If you are registering on behalf of an entity or organization rather than as an individual, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use the jos89 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action:

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, incapacity, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

The jos89 platform is primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. While we operate under international gaming licenses, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jos89 complies with the laws of your country, state, province, or locality of residence. By using our services, you represent that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction or that you accept full responsibility for any legal consequences of using our Platform. jos89 does not provide legal advice and encourages you to consult with a qualified attorney if you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location.

3.4 Account Restrictions

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the jos89 platform. Creating multiple accounts (often referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. Each Account must be registered in your own legal name, using accurate and current information. Accounts registered using false information, someone else's identity, or shared with other individuals are prohibited and will be closed without refund.

3.5 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

If you have previously self-excluded from jos89 or any other gaming platform, you must honor that exclusion period in full. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account or using someone else's account is prohibited and may result in legal action. 4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account on jos89, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah is the primary currency). You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur to ensure accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify jos89 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform for enhanced security

You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any unauthorized use resulting from failure to maintain adequate security. jos89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and ensuring regulatory compliance, jos89 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document such as KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (dated within the last three months) showing your full name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals, such as a bank account statement or screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name and account details.

jos89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using encryption.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jos89 supports a variety of deposit methods convenient for Indonesian Players, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You agree that all deposits made to your jos89 Account:

• Originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name
• Are made using funds that you legally own and have the right to use
• Are not derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise
• Are intended solely for the purpose of wagering on games offered by jos89

jos89 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion and to investigate the source of funds if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Third-party deposits (deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and potential account closure.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold (typically Rp 50,000, though this may vary)
• You must not have any pending bonus conditions or active disputes

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB, excluding national holidays). Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24-48 hours to process. jos89 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits for security purposes or to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.3 Fees and Charges

jos89 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet service) may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jos89 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are outlined in the promotional materials for each offer and form part of this Agreement.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements or rollover requirements), which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Players, using automated betting systems, or employing any strategy designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gameplay, is strictly prohibited. jos89 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice or refund.

6.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving bonuses or promotional offers by contacting customer support. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus, you may request removal, though this will also forfeit any winnings associated with that bonus.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on jos89 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. jos89 does not manipulate game results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly due to variance and luck.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or payment disputes
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or bypass restrictions
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other Players or staff
• Money laundering or using jos89 to transfer funds between accounts

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

7.3 Game Interruptions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jos89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game round is interrupted before completion due to technical issues on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the round or refund your stake. You acknowledge that internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser problems on your end are your responsibility and do not entitle you to refunds.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jos89, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your Account or content
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Loss of winnings, deposits, or bonus funds due to Account closure for Terms violations
• Errors, bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform

In no event shall jos89's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is less.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jos89 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and to gamble responsibly within your financial means.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification), after which your Account will be permanently deactivated. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without written permission from jos89 management.

9.2 Termination by jos89

jos89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players
• Violation of responsible gaming guidelines or self-exclusion terms
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months or more)

Upon termination for Terms violations, jos89 reserves the right to forfeit your Account Balance, withhold withdrawals, and pursue legal remedies for damages. If your Account is closed due to inactivity or at your request (without Terms violations), your remaining Balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos89 is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jos89 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact jos89 customer support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with jos89 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, or any other collective or representative proceedings against jos89.
